Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel an Order within 7 days from receiving the Goods or when a third party, not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the Order, without any additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, Goods must meet the following criteria:

Purchased within the last 7 days.
In original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized Goods.
Goods are unsuitable for return due to their nature or rapid deterioration.
Goods unfit for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us. Ship to:

We recommend using insured and trackable mail services to prevent loss or damage. Refunds require actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. For non-gift items or gifts sent to the purchaser, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
