This Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) applies to hardware products (“Products”) sold by Innovink.lk and its affiliates. Innovink.lk’s warranty obligations apply only to the original purchaser (“you”). This Limited Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred and is subject to the terms set out below.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, contact Innovink.lk during the Warranty Period and provide the following information:

1. Proof of purchase from Innovink.lk or an authorised reseller;
2. A description of the problem or defect;
3. The date you first discovered the defect; and
4. Your address and phone number.

After reviewing your claim, Innovink.lk will notify you whether it has been denied, conditionally accepted, or requires additional information. If Innovink.lk requests additional information, you must provide it within 14 days of the request. Otherwise, your claim will become void.

If your claim is conditionally accepted, Innovink.lk will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”). You must return the Product to Innovink.lk at the address provided, together with the proof of purchase and the RMA, within 14 days of the date the RMA was sent. If you do not return these items, or any other information requested by Innovink.lk, within that period, your claim will become void.

After receiving the Product, Innovink.lk will assess your claim. Innovink.lk may deny the claim if it determines that it is not valid under this Limited Warranty, including if the Product does not have a defect covered by this Limited Warranty. If Innovink.lk accepts your claim, it will provide a remedy as described in this Limited Warranty.
