Innovink.lk Limited Warrant

This Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) applies to hardware products (“Product(s)”) sold by Innovink Solutions and its affiliates (www.innovink.lk) Innovink warranty obligations are to the original purchaser (“you”) only. This Limited Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred. This Limited Warranty is limited to the terms set forth below.

Procedure for Making a Limited Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim pursuant to this Limited Warranty, you must contact Innovink Solutions and provide relevant information within the Warranty Period by contacting Innovink Solutions. The information must include:

(1) proof of purchase from Innovink or an authorized reseller,

(2) a description of the problem or defect,

(3) the date the defect was first discovered, and

(4) your address and phone number.
After reviewing your claim, Innovink will notify you whether your claim is denied or conditionally accepted, or whether Innovink needs additional information. If Innovink requests additional information, you must provide the information within 14 days of Innovink’s request or your claim becomes void.
If your claim is conditionally accepted, Innovink will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”). You must return the Product(s) to Innovink (at the address provided by Innovink), along with the proof of purchase and the RMA, within 14 days of the date Innovink sent you the RMA. If you fail to return the Product(s), proof of purchase, and RMA, along with any other information requested by Innovink, within this 14-day period, your claim becomes void.
If upon receiving the Product Innovink determines that you do not have a valid claim under this Limited Warranty (including, but not limited to, because the Product(s) do not suffer from a defect covered by this Limited Warranty), Innovink reserves the right to deny your claim. If Innovink accepts your claim, Innovink will provide a remedy as described in this Limited Warranty.from Innovink; and (c) return the Product(s) to Innovink with proof of purchase from Innovink or an authorized reseller as directed by Innovink to the address specified by Innovink in connection with the RMA.
